Partner concern: Communication with the partners was limited.
C&S Solution: We have added seasoned, skilled professionals to our support team to provide our partners with the highest quality service.

Partner concern: Quality of the leads and no recourse for lead disputes.
C&S Solution: Moving forward, all partners will have a 15-day window to contact C&S in the event the leads are not valid. C&S will investigate and work with the partner towards resolution.

Partner concern: Campaign Price Points are outside Partner’s budget.
C&S Solution: C&S now offers many different types of campaigns in support of the varied partner budgets and needs. Look for reduced price point and approaches, as well as several pricing offers throughout the year. In addition, Sage’s new Debit Coop Payment Program will decrease the partner’s financial burden across all campaign options.

Partner concern: Marketing Options do not fit my needs, and are not flexible.
C&S Solution: C&S has just rolled out exciting, customized campaigns based on partner’s needs and requirements and recent feedback. These campaigns supplement the traditional Lead Gen Campaigns previously offered over the years as we realize that the one-size-fits-all approach does not support all of Sage’s partners’ marketing goals.
